Employee Benefit Specialist Kevin has led the Northwestern Group Associates Insurance Agency, Inc. since 1999. He strives to ensure that he and his team deliver innovative strategies to clients, never wavering from a commitment to excellence. Kevin holds firm to the philosophy, "you are only as good as the people around you", and attributes his success largely to his team of benefit specialists, all of whom offer a wide array of expertise in the benefit industry. Being actively involved in the profession is very important to Kevin and he continues to offer his knowledge and guidance as a member of several broker advisory boards including: Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Tufts Health Plan, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, and Fallon Community Health Plan. In addition, Kevin has been recognized and rewarded for his dedication by earning, Peer Group Achievement Awards, Market Opportunity Lead Awards, Eastern Region Sales Leader Awards, and several forum designations by Strategic Employee Benefit Services. Kevin is a 1991 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, with a Bachelor in Business Administration and is a licensed Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC). As a resident of Boston, Kevin remains active in his community by serving on the board of the Rutland Square Neighborhood Association. Kevin is most proud of his fundraising efforts on behalf of the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, being honored with the John Engdahl award in 2006, 2007, and 2009, which are years he ran the Boston Marathon. Kevin's next adventure is the Nautical New York City Triathlon. When not working, Kevin enjoys spending time with his many nieces and nephews and loves traveling internationally. |
